I have been in practice for more than six years and my credentials include: certification from American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and as a C.H.E.K .Holistic Lifestyle Coach, as well as a Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado. Building on my experience working with hundreds of clients, I incorporate body mechanics, cardio, and strength training to help create a lean line and core strength. Nutritional coaching and metabolic typing provide a foundation for successful weight loss and a path to optimal health.

Because I loved being active and loved the positive impact it had on my life I wanted to share that with others through a career as a personal trainer in San Diego. My training methodology is focused on the individual and the promotion of exercise as a lifestyle, not a hobby. I believe a healthy body is achieved via a balance of five components: flexibility, cardiovascular exercise, proper nutrition, supplementation, and strength training. Working with individuals on their own personal pursuit of wellness, I focus on making it a manageable part of their everyday life.
